摘要: 电子布线技术是一种利用“ 电子线路” 消除或取代物理布线的技术,即消除现场仪表信号从现场接线箱至中间接线柜再连接至 II0卡件的物理布线,并在电子特性化的端子上实现一次转换以减少相应的线缆连接。 电子布线技术优点有:消除布线、缩短进度并降低风险、灵活处理后期变更、接收主动报警等。 电子布线的工程设计内容涵盖:网络设计、防护及防爆、危险区域设计、供电、接地及防雷等。文章结合工程项目中的实际应用对以上内容进行了详细说明,有助于工程技术人员对此项技术的了解和应用

Abstract: Electronic wiring technology uses electronic circuits to eliminate or replace physical wiring, that is, to eliminate the physical wiring of field instrument signals from field junction box to intermediate junction cabinet and then to I / O cards, and realize one-time conversion on electronic characteristic terminals to reduce corresponding cable connections. The advantages of electronic wiring technology include eliminating the wiring, shortening the progress and reducing the risks, flexibly handling late changes, and receiving active alarm. The engineering design of electronic wiring includes network design, protection and explosion-proof, hazardous area design, power supply, grounding and lightning protection. Combined with practical application in projects, this paper discusses the above contents in detail, which is helpful for engineers and technicians to understand and apply this technology.
